Ahhhh...must be a hint of Spring in the air. Nice job on the Teal, Don!

I actually found some Red-winged Blackbirds yesterday......and the maleswere really calling and displaying.

These are great ornithological(?) studies and very funny too.

What if they came together and formed a choir waking you up some morning.

Lyrics: "Good morning, good morning. Hear all the birdies sing. Good morning, good morning to you" {in chorus}

(By the way I have seen (unfortunately not taken pictures of) 229 different species in Scandinavia. Binoculars instead of camera when birding. There is a Club 300 and even a Club 400- the last one has very few members)

I'm with Buzzsaw and VP on the Greenwing Teal. I still can't get that head detail to come out like you accomplished here.
