White breast kinda stumped me a first.. Juvenile Double Crested Comorant.

Harmonious mix of grey and green colors, excellent composition withthe beak, eyes and orange face intelligently located in the one-third position, and interesting choice of eye contact -away from the camera, making the comorant'sportrait look even more artistic. Of them all, what interested me most was the low colour tone of the photo.

Very nice Kent. I've seen cormorants in our area perched like this, but only from too far away for a decent shot. Looks like you were fairly close to this one.....Don

The picture of the Cormorant is very nice. I think you could made a pretty nice photo out the poles it was perched on even without the Cormorantas. I love the colored mosses clinging to them. Well done Kent.
