Sometimes forgotten when comparing beauty to it's male counterpart, the ladies are quite colourful too if you can catch them at the right angle and in the right light...cheers.........Don

Thanks Jake, Roger, Steve, and Donna!

Yeah Jake, it was ISO 1000. I've been shooting in Tv lately and have auto ISO set up to go as high as 1000. As long as I get the exposure right, or a little over (shooting in RAW), I can get a fairly clean result at high ISO. If I underexpose, the photo's likely to be deleted. This camera is quite a bit noisier than my old one at high ISO, but if I can get the exposure correct, high ISO is ok...........cheers.......Don

They may pale somewhat in comparision to the Drake, but still a pretty lady. I caught a hen on shore also but couldn't get the angle you got.
