Not too much has come my way recently. I've been trying to find a northern shrike that''s said to still be in the area so I haven't been to many places. all shots from 20D 500mm 1.4X TC tripod., except the hawk that was a long distance hand held shot.

1. While loking for a shrike I happened upon a pair of bluebirds. Here's mommy bluebird

3. Redtailed hawk. It appears it was on lookout for the nest. But the nest isn't active anymore.

4. While hoping a pair of hooded mergansers would come into a decent range a pair of mute swans swam by.
