Hi - Ring-necked Parakeet enjoying the pickings of a local Cherry Blossom tree.
These birds now roam the Dutch coastal areas in their thousands and their population is swelling. Found mainly near forested areas.

Nikon D50 + Nikkor 18-200VR [email protected] focal length 200mm. Settings: in aperture priority mode f/10, shutter speed 1/125 & ISO 200.

Herman, What a wonderful shot. The color of the bird compliments what I can see of the green with the blossoms. Good job.
