This fellow (gal?) sat with a flounder snacking for about an hour and a half. Usually when people show up, they split. By the time I left, there were around half a dozen photographers there snapping happily away....cheers........Don

And a rare opportunity -- most unusual to see one with a bottom-dwelling fish, probably caught in shallow water --I guess he (female Ospreys usuallyhave a speckled breast) was just floundering around . . . .

Nice series. I think it is a male because he doesn't have the squash style feather necklace around his neck.
