Excellent compsition framing the duck with the tree limbs. I love it. Wonderful colors too. This bird is spectacular.

Absolutely stunning. Both are excellent, I lean towards #1 because of the pose.

that 2nd shot of the mandarin duck is beautiful. the colors really really pop out of the screen. nice work.

What a beautiful bird. I love the first shot. They must be very close cousins to the Wood Ducks....cheers........Don

Wood ducks, terns, pintails, mandarin ducks ...different names ... but to me, they are the same: funny and naughty little creatures of great beauty.
