The flying hawk looks like the warden of that area and you'd better show your pass to him prior to taking that back road next time. Those are wonderful shots and that hawk variety new to me.

Not happy with your presence at all. Swainson's is the most variable of North American hawks - this one is in a particularly nice plumage. Great pictures.
