Wow. Very nice. I'd heard that Painted Ladies were lovely, and now I know why.

Thank you all for your kind comments. Kex, I think that your photo is a Painted Lady as well, but I like to see both sides of a butterfly when trying to identify it. Did it look like -

yes, it looked exactly like that.
There's a bunch of them flying around here. :shock:
They like thos flowers, you can see on my pic very much.
