I've been getting out a lot but way behind in processing. So, I figured I do some editing.

1. This is a young sora. It was a nice experience seeing and photographing it.

2. A very cooperative young red-tailed hawk. I was just packing up when I looked up and saw it in a tree fairly close. So, it posed and I shot.

3. There's been quite a few cedar waxwings around and this is one of very few I have that I like.

4. A green heron was preening and decided to fan a wing for me. It was clumsy!! It almost fell of the perch when it changed positions. Wished it fell in but, no luck.

5. Same red-tailed hawk. It had a big itch and looks like the scratching felt good to it.
