testing out the new lens (400 F5.6) all handheld

#1 australian wood duck. The downy lower feathers were blowing in the wind, made for an unusual effect

Im glad to report the test on your new lens is a complete success. Nice shots.

How are you able to include multiple pics in same post?

Great color and detail with the new lens. That's a great lens for in flight shots, too.
