I photographed this sparrow a few days ago on a grey day but the sparrow kept on singing and found an interesting perch so I tried to get a few shots off. Thanks for looking.

lovely capture and composition. it's almost as if you asked the sparrow to pose for you. hahaha. i prefer to 2nd crop.

Thanks all, that little sparrow was a breath of fresh air for me in an otherwise really uneventful afternoon of shooting. Had I not come across this little guy I might have just began pouting...hate it when that happens

Thanks Dennis, that background was a major reason I personally liked this photo, it seemed to blend nicely with that cute bird, wish I would have recorded it's song, it was really wonderful and lasted for about 5 minutes.
