I love pintails too. Their plumage makes them look so regal. This is a great capture Steve. I like how the white part of its neck curls around to the beak.

That is exactly my favorite thing about this shot too. I love the curl, color and contrast.

That's a beauty Steve. Well done. I like the low angle too. Wish I had better knees - I'd go low more often too...cheers...Don

Thanks Don, :lol: I'll let you in on a little secret, that shot was taken while sitting comfortably in the drivers side of my big Nissan Titan Pick-up. I was using my Tamron 200-500mm tele which helped greatly in the false perspective of this shot. Shussssh! Don't give me away.
