I've been able to get out a lot and have been busy at work and have not had a lot of time to go through 1000's of shots. Well, i probably do have time but, taking pictures and being outdoors is much more fun. dennis

1. northern harrier I look at this picture and it looks almost like the harrier was just stuck on the background. but, the actual raw file looks the same way. weird.

2. I guess it must be bluebird season here as there's been a lot of them but, hard to get close.

6. these last 2 pics are from a not so great series of shots. this kingfisher dove in beside a mallard (didn't get the entry) and on the way out this mallard wasn't too happy with the kingfisher. was great to see it through the lens!

Very nice series of the Bluebirds! Especially the second one.....I like the pose and the curlingperch. The one with the berry is almost reminiscent of a Waxwing.

The last one is a hoot---the Mallard giving the Kingfisher a chewing out.

Great shots Dennis! I consider anything with a Kingfisher in it to be exceptional. Little Bu__ers are impossible at the best of times....cheers..Don
