Don't ask why I decided to look up into the trees tonight becauseit was overcast and drizzlingbut I noticed a shadowon a branchand knew exactly what it was having heard them from time to time late at night.

I was also surprised it sat there and only moved once from one treeto another. I was able to get around 19 shots at 25 second exposure time and an ISO setting at 1600. Not the best pics but I thought it was .

These were the only ones that were in focus (to an extent) because I don't have the best eyesight anymore.:G

To me, that's a good catch. I don't see them very often and never sitting still long enough to get a shot.

I agree. A rare catch is better than no catch. Considering the circumstances, you did quite well. I have yet to see one yet. dan
