Came across this fellow last week. First shot I got before he moved a few branches over..then I caught up to him again...

Hey Don, Nice shots of the Flicker. These guys are hard to catch up to and pin down long enough for a shot. You got a half dozen nice ones. The drowsy shots are too funny. I'm pretty sure that's what I look like after Thanksgiving dinner. :lol:

Beautiful shots of the Northern Flicker. I really enjoyed this series. They are a very neat bird!
