i was settin on the couch last nite and the dogs went nuts and bolted out the doggie door..went to check it out and found this fellow walking on top of the fence...we live in the middle of a town with about 300,000 people. makes you wonder what else is out there at night....any way took a few shots and help him find his way to the alley.....hope you enjoy......

Great shot! We too live in a residential neighborhood and my dog has already killed two possums over the last couple of months and is currently after a third. I want to keep him away fromwild animals but can't keep them out of our yard. Poor things are just trying to live somewhere I guess.

Your photo kinda made me laugh! Thank goodness there is no one around to see me go out in the yard at 3 AM to get Bo our chowshar-pei mix!

Nice shot!

We have many Opossum's here and they seem fairly tame, but they have some large sharp teeth and can get nasty if cornered.
