This weekend I took the family to Irvine Region Park to enjoy the Easter Egg Extravagenza. The last time I went to this park was when I was in college. I'd actually forgotten that it existed. Anyways, I brought along my camera and 50mm lens to take some family shots. We got there too late for the egg hunt so we took a walk around the park. This was when I ran into this peacock.

The peacock never opened up its tail feathers unfortunately. I also ran into another surprise, but that will have to wait for the next post. I plan on going back to this park later this week with my 400mm lens. Stay tuned.

Thanks for looking and commenting.
