Very cool series Penolta. One of the things I like best about these forums is learning about things besides photography, thanks for sharing.

Thanks for the good words.

It now may be time for a requiem, as the defender has not been seen for several days, and the challenger has had the yard to himself. Wednesday, after a few passes at me, he even sat on my are and spread his wings (I could see the notch in one wing that identifies him) as if to let me know he is now the boss! First my head, now my arm -- cheeky little sot, that one! :O
