got some sun this morning, and i had the day off, so i went to the park... not a lot of activity, but i got a nice shot of a common yellowthroat... 40D, 100-400L handheld @ 400mm, 1/160 @ f/8...

thanks, guys... i really like this shot myself... the colors, the contrast, the background... everything kinda came together for me on this one... :G
