Would like to know what happened when this fello saw you in #3?

What an interesting series! Like his gaze. Innocent and lost for the first one. Kind of meditating for the second. Pretending to be calm yet scared, or kind of stern like the principal's for the third.

He actually stayed there for about an hour. I was able to work my way up to about 15 feet in front of him.

It's the eyes that make these. No 3 is what a fish sees when it is being targeted! :O

i like #3 the best. very unique with the eyes dead on like that. it almost has human like eyes.

Whoa, Exceptionally nice!
Got to be the best I've seen of this bird. Would you mind sharing what gear you're using to get these fantastic shots?
#3, I'll bet he knows how many blades you have on the shutter!
