Very nice. I love it when an animal is half in the shade, half in the sun. Really draws the "Nature" and "Wild" look to the picture IMO. Nice job

I like it too. That is not an easy picture to expose correctly. Lots of darker areas & shadow, but the head of the baby is in the sun so its fairly light. Well done!

Part of me wants to say that it is slightly out of focus... but I wonder if that just isn't their fur combined with the light/dark of the picture.

Klaus,

Beautiful light effects. The face of the deer and those eerie shadows on the trees behind them. I would have preferred a little bit more light in the shadow areas but that could easily be am artiifct of my monitor's setting.

Nice piece of work.
