This young Bald Eagle was being harassed as they often are by a Crow and a Seagull.....cheers...Don

1. Closing in

2. Now the Seagull gets into it too...

3. Looks like the Gull wants to land on the youngster...

4. Now the Crow's turn...

5.

6. It came right at me and I got a head on shot....

7. It was more or less right overhead here, and they continued past me with the chase still going on...cheers...Don

Great series Don! I've never seen a gull join in like that... I've seen RWBB actually land and ride Red-tailed hawks before. avery entertaining sight to see.

Well done, Don- that gull is something else. An older eagle could have rolled over and showed the crow its talons, but a big gull like that (a Glaucous-winged?)would bea bit much to handle!

Great shots! I recently saw gulls attacking Bald Eagles in two different places in Newfoundland, but I wasn't nearly as close or well prepared as you.
