OspreyLand - Ma & Pa Have Twins

It was very hot for our area in the mid 80's and every time the little guys raised up in a short while they were panting big time. Like last year Ma moved up higher on the nest so she would be in between the babies and the sun. MA shade in place of air conditioning.

A Proud Mom

Hey sis, looook I got wings just like Ma & Pa

Ma!!!! its hot how about you do your shade thing

Ma making shade for the kids. It was only a couple of minutes after Ma got up on the edged of the nest with the sun hitting her big time that both little guys disappeared down into the nest. Taking advantage of Ma Shade. She was still in the same position about a 1/2 hour later when I left.
