Went to the ocean today. Its a very unique area that we went to. Its a bridge that goes out to a small island. I was mostly there to see if I could capture more seagull in flight. However, the camera had troubles with its user ops: . But was able to take a shot of this guy.

Flight shots are not easy. Gulls are good things to practice on. Bring a bag of crackers and they'll fly around you all day long.

I like this shot. Part of me thinks its a bit over-exposed.... but I'm not sure if its a trick of the light colored gull. Great detail and good focus. I like it.

I tried to get something similar one time, but I never got close enough to the gull to make it work.

Yeah it could be probably darkin' some. It was just a really bright day. But yeah, that seagull just didnt want to drop that crab. To be honest, I was hoping he was gonna, so I could take pictures. But only got the pictures of him with it... :?
