I was pointed out elsewhere that #4 is a juvenile night heron. I think that pointing out is right as some books did show photos resembling #4 as the juvenile night heron. But, whyare the eyes in #4 greenish yellow instead of being red? I have been thinking that the following is a juvenile night heron, not the one in #4. Does it mean that the greenish yellow will be changed to red as the juvenile night heron becomes more mature physically? Or is it that #4 is actually a juvenile Chinese pond heron and not a juvenilenight heron?
