Thanks for the compliments. Yes it was at 250mm but I was about 5' away. He was in a pond thats on a golf course and in a subdivision. So he wasn.t too scared. Which isn't good when he's bigger. Only about 4' now. This is my first big zoom lense and so far it's awesome.
