Red Tail Ruins My Stalk

I was trying to stalk closer to a mule deer buck that was laying down in some cedars and one of the times I was stopped this character showed up. Of course after taking a bunch of shots of him the mule deer was gone when I looked back.

Take advantage of one opportunity, lose another. That's what makes life interesting. A thought for the day: There will always be another deer - maybe the same one in the same place at the same time tomorrow, but birds fly away, so catch them while you can.
