the sun came out today, so i went back to the park to see if i could get some decent shots of the trumpeter swans. they were still too far away for really good shots, but these came out pretty decently considering the crop... 40D, 400mm, 1/500 @ f/13

Very nice Squirl! Like the poses you got here. These guys are big! These look pretty good to me, cropped or not.

Beautiful shots....I envy your climate as I look out over the frozen prairie. Oh well open water in May......:-)
