According to my Sibley guide looks like some type of Warbler, Pine Warbler maybe.

I could be wrong but, it sure looks like a Palm warbler to me. :-?

My late two cents worth is that this bird is Yellow-Throated Verio. That is based on the lighter underside that turns a little gray. Cool looking little bird. Nice shot.
