It was supposed to be sunny this morning. Well, it was in my town, but 40 miles west on the other side of the Sacramento Valley it was heavy overcast. I am such a goof. I should have used my Better Beamer but I thought it was back home. So, I just popped on my SB-600 speedlite flash to see if it would give me a little extra light. Of course after I got home and looked for my Better Beamer, I found it in my camera bag which I had with me. :?

Anyway, here are some pretty good shots of a Peregrine falcon that was just at the limit of my flash. And even with that, I had to do some red-eye reduction on these shots.
Thanks for looking,
Steve

#2 I corrected the red-eye and re-posted the picture.

Hey thanks alot, but there's no need to feel like you can't show your photos. That's how we all started. Really we would love to see them and welcome.

If you or anyone else would like to see the rest of the Peregrine shots from today here is the link.
