OspreyLand - The Nest

Here is Ma & Pa at their nest. Last year this nest was about 3 times larger. A couple of thunderstorms with real heavy wind tore it up pretty good. The same storms knocked down some other nests.

1.

2.
Pa left to go fishing so Ma is straighting up the nest.

3.
Ma leaving her nest. I have noticed the female with spend a lot of time just flying around before she lays her eggs. Maybe just stretching before the long sit on her eggs. She also spends a lot of time going after new nest material.

4.

5.

6.

7.
Pa coming back from the fish market with dinner.

Those are nice Roger, we use to have a nest around here (not man made) but the darn tree fell down and now I don't know where they went.
