Thanks, Tom and Dan. I get lucky once in a while, when I have time to think about things. Not like yesterday when a flock of egrets I was observing took flight and I had the camera (that had been on a tripod) set to a small aperture. Of course the camera chose a shutter speed way too slow to capture the action (sigh!). I'm pretty hopeless when it comes to birding.
