Default Bosque Cranes

Bosque Cranes

Looks like I got lucky again down to the Bosque and got me a few nose hole shots. These are from Sunday. A friend and I were visiting with some folks and told them we come down to the Bosque every year to shoot Cranes in flight and try to get shots where you can see thru the hole in their nose. These folks looked at us like we were crazy or lying.

Great work Roger. I am going to have to put Bosque on my list of places to visit when I retire.

You do need to do that. I have been there 4 or 5 years in a row now and I have never been disappointed.

Remind me never to get into an argument with you. Shooting that mother hand held would kill me. Very nice shots, and IS or no IS, them images are sharp, err, Sir.

Dave

It is not heavy the way I have it set up. It also is very fast to get to my shoulder to shoot.
