Default the eagle has landed...

with apologies to Jack Higgins, some shots i got at the park near my house this afternoon. the sky wasn't particularly cooperative, but at least the light was decent. taken at about 100 yards, so pretty heavily cropped... 40D, 400mm, 1/1000 @ f/9.0.
