Default Bluebirds

We are blessed in Tennessee to have Bluebirds year round. The males add so much color to the wintry days!

Yesterday I had a bit of time to chase some and take a few shots.

Today's forecast is sunshine (the first in many days!!), so I hope to have some time to chase a few more birds. Sure do hope your days are bright and full of winter discoveries too!

Thanks in advance for any comments & critique!

What a beautiful, little bird. I'd sure like to see a few at my feeders.

Mole - great stuff as usual. First one has great sharpness. But I really like the 2 wide shots - that fence makes a wonderful background - great context without a lot of clutter. Nice work.

Super nice Mole!
The fence composition really works.

Very impressive Marty! They are certainly a lovely bird. Well done. Cheers, Dan

Lovely images, Mole. The feather details in these is nice - I can nearly feel the softness of that little guy's belly. The fine sharpness in #1 subtly brings out the great texture in the feet.

#1 is really great - spot on focus on the face and perfect lighting. Very nice.
