Default Winter is coming...

While practicing to see effects with the new Digital Rebel, I found
that using quite low shutter speed with a small aperture lead to a nice effect.

It was set at 1/30 sec, F/20 and ISO 400 with the EF18/55 EF-S set at 55mm.

Today our first snow fall started , windy, snowy but quite mild.

What you people think of this one ?

Ciao !

I went from here over to your album, and discovered a really nice collection, particularly liking the one of Willy doing guard duty on the railing.

One request: as opposed to other years, do you think you could keep your Canadian winters up there in Canada? Do you really have to be so neighborly with us poor New Yorkers?

Hahaha Barbara, as a nice gesture of mutual exchange between our 2 nations, since we get the scorching humid weather in summer, we feel you also want to get a little bit of our winter too

Thanks about Willy the Guardian (photo), what I need now is defininatly a high quality prime or zoom lens to get closer shots of the subjects.

Ciao !
