Default Sunset Seagull w/fill flash

These were also taken on the deck outside our room last week.

Never seen fill-flash used on bird photo's, but this works great.

I like this series, Steve.

Photo 1 - the composition works good (just having it's feet right at the bottom of the photo... and entire body in too).

Photo 2 - Very appealing colours in the sunset, mixing with the colours of it's beak

Photo 3 - my 'least favourite' of this series, however still a good shot in its own right.

Great use of the fill flash. I'm glad he/she/it was patient enough to let you take a few shots. (Gulls can be kind for 'practising' our wildlife photography). What distance were you from it?
