Default Owls at Muncaster Castle

The headquarters of the World Owl Trust are located in the Lake District, they have over 50 different type of Owls there.
here are some I captured, C&C welcome

A lot of the owls are in large cages

These two were taken in the cages

Next two are a 10 week old Barn Owl

Another Barn Owl in flight

An Eagle Owl called "Chocolate", six feet wing span

Chocolate performing !

Great shots the last ones remind me o f the time some close family s had found a injured owl and got to keep it to lessen the affects of shock till its wing was healed then turned it loose back to the Wyoming wilderness. Though I really love the snowy ...
