Default Early Morning w/ Volcano in the background

Just after sunrise and the Eagles were flying around unsettling the ducks and geese. Mt. Lassen volcano is in the background. Lassen is still considered to be active last erupting around 1914. Mt. Lassen is the peak on the right. The other is Brokeoff Mt.. Brokeoff is the left side of a super volcano called Mt. Tehama and Lassen is the right side. Mt. Tehama blew up around 30,000 years ago leaving the two peaks separated by about 3-4 miles.

Awesome Steve!

#3 is definitely my preference of these 3 (but all are great).

The 'less cluttered' feeling, and seeing the 'landing gear' of particularly the duck closest to the ground is perfect timing and speaks volumes.
(not sure if Mark meant #3 instead of '2').

Also #3 dof is very well controlled, imho!

Thanks for the history / info on the volcanos. Hope they won't blow again when you're nearby....

Paul
