Default Woody Woodpecker?

Am I correct in assuming that this fledgling Downy is very excited about having his turn at the suet feeder? This capture is a first of kind for me.

No little ones at by suet feeders but I have a male and female that stuff there beaks with the suet and fly off. Back to the nest is my guess.
