Default He know's what you are thinking!!

What do you think?

Is the crop on the face too tight?

Thanks!

I like it. Good crop!

You know, if you move your record stand away from the fence and use much zoom you will be able to take the shot and not having the fence shown!

And yet, the fence is part of the story.

This was just a friendly advice - not at correction to the shot!

Thanks for the comments Klaus and Barbara!

I was quite pleased with this one! It was taken inside a darkened orangutang house!

I couldn't move back because the reflections of the angled glass would have been visible in the shot! But next time if I am outside I will try your suggestion Klaus!

It was really dark in there! This was ISO 400 on my Z1, which usually produces lots of noise but it turned out ok here I think!

The problem was using a quite a long shutter speed for this moving animal. He stopped at the bars like this for only about a minute, just as I was about to leave!! So I was lucky to get him!

Thanks,

Steve

PS: When I say cropped, I actually mean framed! This is the full picture!
