Default Snapshot of a killer :)

Caught with the HS20 (freehand and racked out), this guy was out hunting this morning. Not the best but better 'n nuthin'.

Good on yer Gary

Nice result as explained ~ we don't see anything like these fellas in our suburbia > best we get are damn crows/ravens and feral Indian Miners.

Regards, Phil

Don't know if they'll get to southern Ohio - I'm in NE Ohio and on the lookout for snowy owls.

They are allegedly following the Alberta clippers around the Great Lakes this year. Saw one about 30 years ago where I live. They hunt during the day, and like open fields and farmland.

There's a big old Red Tailed Hawk that hangs around a nearby field; sometimes sitting on top of a telephone pole. I'm going to try and grab a shot next time he's out, by keeping my fz35 in my van.

Nice shot gjtoth.
