Default Bufflehead pictures

I am finally able to take a couple pictures of this tiny duck with his eyes. And when he is not diving, he is sleeping with his head tugged in. The lighting has to be perfect to get a good shot at the head.

These 3 pictures are Bufflehead females. I didn't realize how small the ducks until a Pied-billed Grebe swimming right next to them. They are about the same size.

Thanks, Marcelo! The male Bufflehead is hard to photograph when there is not enough sunlight. I tried many time and finally succeeded to land a picture where the eyes are visible.
