Default Backyard Cooper's Hawk

I went back and forth between Cooper's and Sharp Shinned Hawk - it was ID'd by several much more knowledgeable than I as a Coopers. It was in my yard near the feeders - he sat for a long time. Photo was thru the window.

First photos I've posted hope this works.

Thanks everyone for the replies.
I noticed my cat making a chattering sound while looking intently out the window - wonder what she is looking at. I was quite shocked when I saw the hawk - took me a few seconds to "get it" oh my this is a hawk.
Fortunately he stayed about 10-12 minutes and I could really look at him closely and take the photos.
