Default hawk today

spotted this hawk (Cooper's? Sharpie?) at a park today... he was sitting on top of an old birdhouse, facing the other way. when he heard me behind him, he looked over his shoulder and i snapped this photo. he then promptly flew away... 7D, 600mm, 1/2000 @f/6.3

thank you! i agree, the Tamron is a very good lens... you can't touch it for the price;its only competition is the Sigma 150-600, and that costs twice as much! it may not be as sharp as a Canon 600mm prime, but it's a helluva lot lighter and more versatile, and the Canon is well over $10,000!
