Default Snowy owl revisited

Another snowy owl photo from a trip up north yesterday... It was sitting on a rooftop, so much more visible than last time I saw it. I'd have preferred a more "natural" setting, but the light was much better this time around, and the owl much closer, so I was happy to get this one...

Love it!!! Nice light too, if only he would turn his head slightly more towards the sun for some Rembrandt lighting lol.

Thanks, Mark... I got some like that, too... her head was on a swivel much of the time, and I got a number of shots of her looking more into the sun as well as away from it...
