This isn't the best technical shot but I liked getting two in one shot. There were actually 3 in the tree at once.

These are great photos zoomn, whatever equipment are you using with these, with your talent to grab a great photo everything is working out verywell together. Beautiful birds, I'm envious.

Thanks for taking a look, appreciate your comments.

Normcar, still using the dmc-fz1 with c-210 teleconverter. I don't get near the detail and clarity you produce but I do have some zoom.

The photos produced by the guys on this forum have been very inspirational and educational to me in getting started into photographing birds.

Envy this spot I have found with all the birds but don't envy me cause I envy the talent and knowledge of the guys on this forum. I hope someday to be able to produce pictures like some of the guys here. Normcar your picture of the Avocet sipping water is still my absolute favorite! Did you happen to catch the Avocet photos I posted. Would it be possible to give me a critique on them ifyou find the time. I would greatly appreciate it. I am going to try to get back over to the pond to catch them with their babies and would like to know what I can do to improve on those photos for the next visit. Thanks much.
