These guys are very difficult to photograph because of the extremely fine feathers, there nearly always seems to be a part of the bird that is out of focus.
They clean larger mammals of parasites like ticks and are tolerated even cleaning insideears and nostrils.

Canon 10D 100-400mm IS @ 400mm 1/250s 5.6F 200 ISO

Beautiful bird, a bit soft. Could have bumped the ISO to 400 to use f8 for greater DOF.
