This mystery bird is the smallest bird I have ever seen.

It is no more than 3 inches tall and won't sit still for a second. I took this shot at sundown so it is just for id purposes. I plan to go back and see if I can find it in the daytime.

Zoomn, I have seen similar small birds on trees at my work place. I didn't notice the red on the head but they were 3 inch or so and bunch of them will move from tree to tree. I will try to take some shots if weather improves.

Yup! That diminutive guy is a male ruby crowned kinglet. You got to be
really quick to get any of the kinglets. Fortunately, they don't seem to fear
humans that much, so you can follow them around. Although, that doesn't always
help. I have some very good shots of branches trying to catch these guys.
I do have a shot of a female ruby crowned kinglet for reference. Here it is.
BTW, the other shots a re really good. The second junco is really cute!
